In Boston location you would need reservation.
I know they take them....but I have always just shown up. I have never had to wait.
In Boston? Yeah you do. If you dont resserve and show up, you will wait about 40 min. There is a bar for wait time though.
Depends on the size of your party and when you go, but it's a pretty big place. Would recommend a reservation if you're going with 6+ people.
