I used my cell phone, but call the main number and ask for nurses station on his floor...speak to nurse They are very busy but helpful...best of Luck to you and your son L

I don't know the answer but I would try to be a little firm and stating that I've been hung up on so many times and I need to get a message to my son and if that doesn't work I would ask for a supervisor or something who can get me to the where I need to be or find out what room he's in and then call the get the number for that nursing station on that floor and call that way
