Good service at facility. However do not like having to be sent to what is more convenient for their setup then my location considering I have three facilities much closer. It seems everything lately is being sent to this facility. Perhaps because of Covid? Hard to say. But they do a good job other than the inconvenience of location.

The technician the performed my MRI was exceptional. She understood that I have some claustrophobia and was very compassionate. She talked me through each phase of the test and made me feel that I had some control. I can’t tell you what a difference her attitude and professionalism made in helping me to get a test that I desperately needed.

I waited a whole hour without being called to the desk to register. Had I not gone up and said something it might have been another hour The ultrasound tech Dawn was extraordinary. She was caring professional and personable. She was just the best!

There is nothing to improve as far as I can tell. I was greeted by a lovely young lady at the "crack of dawn". She was cheerful and attentive when checking me in for my appointment. I was taken back to meet another young lady (bright and cheerful, I might add) who took very good care of me and made me comfortable. My experience was outstanding. Thanks

I'm not for sure what your question is? The screening they do is they do ask you have you been around anyone with covid-19..... anyone with symptoms.of covid . or have you had any symptoms of covid. I hope that covers what you needed to know!

I would call the the imaging dept and ask them for a price without insurance and if they cannot help you ask them if they know of a place that will see you.
