This was my first time visiting Akumin and it was a great experience! The woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming and it was a pretty short wait (maybe 10 min) before I was called back for my ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was also amazing and very kind! She made sure I was comfortable and answered all questions asked.

The girls at this office where awesome. They were so caring, helpful, and sweet yet professional. My Mom is 93 will little mobility and they treated her with a white glove service. I wish I could remember there names to give credit but all I can say was they were fantastic.

Office was nice except too cold. 😆 staff was great. Friendly and welcoming. No need for masks or coverings anymore. When you can walk in and those behind the divider aren't wearing them and only put it on when they turn to talk to clients. Sitting in waiting room, ok not to have one on; pass through the door for a radiology appt on it goes. Doesn't make sense; the same air is shared by entire office on either side of the divider. Overall pleasant experience

My experience at Akumin couldn't have been better if they tried. From the moment I walked in I felt the kindness and concern at the front desk. After filling out some forms my wait was approximately 10 minutes. At this point I am totally pleased only to be elated at what came next. I had chest x-rays and a dexascan performed by a technician named Julie who treated me as someone special which means that this is who she truly is and Akumin is so lucky to have her. For any further testing I need, Akumin is the place for me. Thank you Akumin and thank you Julie...caring in action can't be beat.
