Your question is not clear, did you mean membership card or credit card. There is no qualification for membership card, and for credit card they require a good credit, just like any other credit card.
I agree with Pierre Cardenas only Sam's could answer your question. I just know it's a great place to Shop for large amounts of stuff, and save
Not sure why anyone answered this poorly written question ! Unless they work for Sams corporate Qualifying for a card with or with out rewards is a credit issue that only the merchant will know at point of applying !
Open members account with a 100 dollar then u fill application for rewards
Get a member ship card
Open membership first account with rewards
just open a membership first which have rewards 🤗
