The store, store techs, and managers are completely ridiculous and unhelpful. Apple the company it self has created a customer service system that is only beneficial to the company and not the customer. My customer experience has continued to spiral downward for years and now and it is unacceptable. I purchased a phone on Monday, Monday night it began glitching and shutting off randomly. Tuesday I called apple to have a new phone. They sent me to the store. The store explained that a simple exchange was not an option and I’ve only had the phone for 4 days. In the near future apple will see a decline in customers because of their terrible customer service that they provide.

I had a wonderful experience at Apple Brandon! I brought my iMac in as it would not turn on and it was a month out of warranty I was panicked as I had plunked down over 1,000+ dollars on this computer and now had my life on it. The apple advisor that took in my computer was friendly, knowledgeable, and calmed my fears by telling me the possible issues. After 24 hours Apple called and informed me it was the logic board that failed and needed to be replaced...while I was not happy with having to spend so much on a computer that was just bought I was happy that it wasn't dead in the water. The Brandon team was always helpful and friendly and I am so glad they saved my iMac!!!!!!

Great service provided by apple employee Mr. Davis. Mr. Davis put us at ease and was able to provide the highest level of support to make the transaction a pleasant one. Highly Recommended. Can’t express enough gratitude. Thank you Mr. Davis!

Great place! Excellent service! I was in and out in no time with an appointment. They have a great selection of accessories for your Apple products and the staff is really nice! PSA: if you are trying to figure out where to park around the mall to get to the Apple Brandon, just go around the mall till you find Books A Million store. Park anywhere around that store, go through Books A Million store (it’s an awesome store btw - do check it out as well) make a left, walk a few steps and it will be on your right side next to Spectrum store. Hope this helps!

We live in Ruskin,FL. WE WANT TO MAKE ONLY ONE VISIT. PLEASE GIVE US A PHONE NUMBER. WE RARLY GO TO BRANDON.
Yes I believe they do but I would advise you call first just to be sure, also Beat Buy now does some Apple repairs so maybe call them as well
Hello Allie! Terribly sorry to hear about your phone. Hope your issue gets resolved soon. However, I would recommend that you call Apple Care first and make an appointment. That way you would not have to wait in line for too long. As far as the repair is concerned, you have chosen the best place to go to. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The managers on duty would take it on their shoulders to help you out! I am a living proof of that. Take care and good luck!
yeah they now kinda busy with all those batteries but it might worth it 😁
Yes
Phone the apple store.
I'm not sure, it's better to call them.
They are answering the phone and setting up appointments to come in, I suggest doing that
On the apple app if you sign into it
Its annoying but you can go online to the apple website and schedule an appointment at the particular store location and time you prefer or you can call the store and schedule
Even i am waiting fr it.
Go to apple.com and set an appointment there for the genius bar
Call the Apple store close to you. Make an appointment but if you can go during an off peak time they may be able to help you sooner.
I would suggest calling there.
From what I understand you can go online and create your own appointment. Never heard of them ever letting you know if something is available!
You can call the customer service number before making another order and see what's going on.
Use your phone and apple support to see if any appointments are available.
It would be advisable to make an appointment, so they can determine exactly what you have and what upgrades if any are still available for your grandsons MacAir.
Yes
No appointment is needed.
You may need to contact the store to find out. I do not know.
They do walk-ins but you might have to wait a couple hours.
They will give the assistance that you need to recover your password.
It going to depend on which phone you have. U can call and find out though
U have to have an email (iCloud)
Hey! I'd call ahead. The one here in the mall gets super busy! 😬 The numbers above, they'd be happy to help! Good luck!

Not a chance of getting next day appt... Be happy ig wait is less then 10 days
Open Safari and click the Safari menu item at the top of the screen. Choose Preferences... from the drown down menu and make sure you're on the General tab when the newwindow opens. Locate the Open "safe" files after downloading option at the very bottom of the General tab.
They can take care of that there. Just make an appointment online or call them.
not sure they do repairs for walking in but by appointment for sure

when reach the store via phone they can help with appointment 😊
Download the Support application from the app store, it will tell you everything you need to know about classes and also make appointments.
I will make an appointment at the Apple store first so that you get the best service including parts from the manufacturer. If times are not convenient, look for an authorized dealer in the area. Hope this helps.
Yes as this store is busy
best way to call them directly or just walk in and ask cause they too busy to check Google maps
You can do walk ins as well. But prepare to wait
not yet everything was sold
Would like an appointment for I Pad repair - Tues. Jan 9 morning

No, just show up and someone will help you. Also, you can find several kiosks within the mall that could take care of battery replacement as well.
