I just recently lost a phone at Montu on Jan 1st and I've filled out a security form as well as emailed security but they haven't responded. How long would it take for them to get back to me or find my phone and mail it to me?

I would be calling Busch gardens every day or go to human resource center.by now someone maybe found it haven't return it

This same situation happened to me in July. They responded via email within 3 business days. But only said "have u filled out the lost item form?" I had already filled out the form the very next morning after i lost the phone. They told me it could take up to a week for the item to reach thier office IF it was found, then they would contact me. They also mentioned this happens often and recovery odds are not very good. Best to start looking for a new phone and hopefully u had ur info backed up somewhere. Best of luck!!

You may want to call customer service and talk to a supervisor in customer service or either Security Supervisor someone should have gotten back with you by now
