I have had good days at Busch Gardens and also bad days at Busch Gardens with the staff. One time my daughter had to buy a tampon and needed change for a dollar and at one of the kiosks that you could buy water they refused to give her change for a dollar. So instead I had to purchase a$3 bottle of water just so my daughter didn't bleed all over herself. That was not good customer service and if they won't give out change then maybe they should have change machines near the restrooms
Went on 12/27/17 and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the rental kiosk for a locker it ate our money walked up to a random employee and she was happy to override the system and rent me the locker. Also asked for directions several times with different members, all helpful and none were surely. It's all how you approach people. If you act like these people are only there to serve you and treat you like some kind of royalty then you're going to get sassed...
Been going there for decades and never had a problem with any team members.
We were there the day after Christmas and experienced several rude cast members. The day started with the woman selling me my ticket rolling her eyes at me. There was no one in line before us or after us. The behaviour continued thru the day. Honestly it was the first time we have seen that behaviour as annual pass holders. Hubs kept saying "They don't want to be here" I kept thinking "get a different job".
Busch does not cultivate high customer service that's for sure.
