If you are a pass holder and lost your pass what does it cost to replace your pass

Don't take the survey at the end. Its confusingly awkward. No one to help you and its a waste of time. They ask you to Number 5 out of 10. When you do that it won't move on with the rest of the survey. Its the dumbest thing ever.

I lose mine all the time and they have never charged me

It's best to call and ask ahead of time.
