How do I get to someone to talk about my account?

Generally you can do everything on the busch gardens app but if you have questions that can't be handle there best thing is to call customer service might have to sit on hold for a little bit

I would wait until you visit the park. The call center is close to useless. So much misinformation due to lack of depth of understanding. Talk to someone in person if you can.
