Yes, until August 31st I believe, you have until November 11th to use the passes. You will need to pre pay for parking and make a reservation before going. Go to their website and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a "military discount" link then follow the instructions to verify veteran status through id.me Also, if you only need 2 passes, you can still claim the remaining 2 passes on a different day. I went for free yesterday with my gf and we are using the other two passes next week
