Crystal :) I used their website knows very helpful when I ordered all my tickets as well as my fun passes and my elderly electric cart so that's my suggestion don't go to hold or customer service as I like to call it just go on their website and should be able handle everything thanks Hope I was helpful

You have to go in person, is a lot better. They are awesome at the parks, costumer service over the phone is the worst.

He is correct, and sadly when I called to get information there was a 2 hour wait. I did the call back option, nobody ever calling me back. Now if you go to the park in person, they are very helpful there. Calling is just not easy. As they have so many people calling, most can't get through.

Unfortunately there is only one phone number for customer service, emailing them would more than likely take longer but you would not have to sit on hold at least.
