Is this a community park that you can just go in to play, fish, picnic. Without having to fee to pay to go in? Needs to know the difference between community park to theme park to national park. Depends on who's paying a staff to keep it cleans.

This is a public community park that anyone cam go to. There are no fees of any type unless you want to "rent " a Pavillion. There is no boat dock but there are a few places to fish from the bank and a few small decks. The park is monitored on a regular basis by the city and well maintained Hope this helps.
