I currently live out here now and I wouldn’t recommend NO one to move out here , the black lady in the office is real nasty and rude I asked her for her manager number and she didn’t want to give it to me because she’ll get in trouble if she get reported, when I moved in back in March of this year I emailed and called the office about the food that’s in bedded in the carpet and how the carpet was coming up and still nothing haven’t been done , roaches is crawling out the outlets , bugs at the top of the roof and silverfish is showing up still nothing haven’t been done about even got mold in my bathroom , kids bathroom messed up under the sink. My oldest son got asthma and I have a baby still NOTHING done I pay my rent monthly , before time and a little over each month. It’s hard to find parking because the guess parking lot stay full you can’t park on the ground nor in permit only and I’m a resident

I would actually like to know the the manger’s name or the number to cooperate because the way I was treated was very unacceptable. You don’t tell people one thing and then go behind their backs and give their apartment to somebody else like that and didn’t even bother calling back to say so or discuss about giving back the deposit. I’ve played this waiting game long enough and the women in the office were very aware that I have been waiting and was set on that apartment. Beautiful complex & acceptable rent but service was very iffy and off.

The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Any of the questions I had, they answered for me. The property is very well taken care. I love this community because the environment, and the location, it is so CLOSE to EVERYTHING! I read the other reviews, and I don't know if maybe the management team has changed... but the impression I had from the leasing office was not like the reviews I read. I will definitely be recommending Summerlin Oaks to family and friends.

I love my new place, I have been here for 5 months now. The area is quiet and clean. They really take pride in how the place looks and helping residents. Nancy is the best person ever she is so helpful and sincere. If you need something taken care of you can be sure she will make sure it gets done. Overall I would highly recommend this place to live to anyone.
