No, they have to be opened to help you, I believe there hours are at 9am you can go down to talk to them but they can only take certain pets ,so I would call first, you can take all pets to collier county dept.,it is on Davis Blvd-, not the human society on airport by radio rd
Are you asking outside normal business hours or because of limited face to face access? I found out they are only open by appointment only.
