I stopped bringing my pet here shortly after their change in ownership. The lady at the front (which is referenced in other reviews) is super unprofessional and so is the rest of the staff. As an example, they give you an “appointment” for early morning but your pet won’t be ready until late afternoon. Even if you tell the groomer exactly what you want, they still just do whatever they feel like it. They’re rebranding now and it makes me feel like it’s because of all the bad reviews. Do your pet a favor and go somewhere reputable.

Let me just start by expressing that the groomer did a great job on our pups this low review is a reflection of customer service and rude behavior. The girl at the front (tattoos, lip injections and Botox) had quoted us a 5:30pm pick up time and when we arrived promptly at 5:30, she said 15ish more minutes. No problem, we came back 20 minutes later to ask about them and her response “well maybe they’re done. I don’t know. Which dogs are yours? You know what, just go check the back.”. Odd behavior but fine. Go to the back to grab our dogs and come back to the front where she tries to over charge us for a services we didn’t ask for on both dogs (an additional $30 per dog). Still proceeds to charge us that amount since “well I know our groomer is really good about asking if that’s what you want and it was done”. Proceeds to make demeaning comments on how we’re unfamiliar with grooming prices down in Naples (we’re full timers and had only used this place once before) and then insinuates that we obviously use “Petco” for our grooming. Then goes on a tangent about inflation and says all the groomers are doing it (they’re not). And then also takes our card to charge it, gives it back and then says “did I charge your card?” We explain she had just given it back to us. “Oh. I don’t remember ha ha.” Not sure if she was on drugs or if this is her normal character. We will not be returning.

I cannot express how great this place is! everyone is honestly so sweet and caring! It is locally owned which makes all the difference! marissa did such an amazing job with my mini aussie, remi! 🐾❣️ not to mention, a few weeks ago, my other pup (lola), needed a nail trim and they were able to squeeze her in and did it right away for me since she was easy to do! i 100% recommend earthwise to everyone!!
