It doesn’t even deserve one star. My father was in the facility almost two months and was neglected often. He is of sound and mind, but has physical limitations. He actually became worse physically and his mental state declined to the point where I thought that would ultimately be his fate. Staff ignores the patients and call buttons, even to the point when my father tried to get up, he fell down and was left on the floor for a good length of time with a bloody arm. I could go on in detail about other horrible situations, but it’s not worth the time. Please, for the sake of your loved one: Don’t send them here!!!

My husbands oxygen was turned off several times. The last time it happened the ambulance was called. EMS immediately applied oxygen and my husband stabilized right away. My husband was in this facility a year and a half ago for 20 days. Please everyone listen to me ..do not let your loved ones stay here.

My father recently spent time at this facility. Their rehab services and technicians were great. Their staff was mostly good and attentive, tho the night crew seemed to be a little less attentive. Ashley, our social worker, was extremely helpful in navigating what we needed to know and do at that stage. My only concern is that I feel the medical staff could and should have been more forthcoming with informing us of the gravity of my father's condition. But overall, it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.
