My father recently bought a mobile home there on rogers road , now i find out it was sold as NULL. Explain please what that means exactly. He paid $9000 cash! Does anyone own or is everything owned by the park ?????!!!

Have no idea what NULL means. To my knowledge the park own the land, I have been there 4 years.

Null refers to something that has no legal force. A matter with no consequence, effect or value will come under the definition of null.
