I've never heard of a vertual queue. How do you arange it and get into the store?

I was there this past week and I didn't see anything about a virtual queue. Maybe it was when Covid was at it's peak.

Virtual Queues across other Disney properties do work the same so while the outlet hasn't been using the virtual queue as late, it could still return during peak times. During the holidays at Disney Springs, you'll see a similar queue for Santa or if you ever go to Gideons Bakehouse also at Disney Springs. When you arrive, you see a cast/team member, tell them how many people in your party, name and give your cellphone number. They will then text you and ask you if you got the text. You'll get an estimated return time and can also ask them what number you are in the queue. When it's your turn, you get a text telling you to return back. You have 15 minutes to return.

There is no virtual queue when i went this week. But when i was there in March there was a virtual queue
