hi! I'm actually from a town in Vermont with an Intl festival for maple syrup so I can answer this on two fronts for you! Grade B has actually been phased out of Maple Syrup Grading for several years now. What you've known as Grade B is maple syrup with a 27% to 43.9% light passage, the syrup is reasonably dark and has a robust taste to it. That's actually the basis for new grading scale. You'll want to look for Grade A Dark (sometimes with an added Robust Tase) on its sticker [in Canada, it's listed as Canada No.3]. the last time I was looking for emergency syrup (I usually buy direct from my former pastor in VT but ran out) they seemed to be pretty well-stocked in maple syrup from quality farms. (if anyone else is looking for maple grading guidance, NPR has a great infographic I usually share to explain the new grades.)
