As a licensed acupuncturist I have shopped here in the past more than once and the staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. I try to get some of my herbs locally to avoid shipping cost. But, it is not worth it when the staff behind the counter are rude especially to certain customers. I am now happy to order my items for my practice online, Oriental market on hwy 50, patronize a local college and/or from another AP. I also found another distributor of herbs locally they have better customer service (higher rate) and they always welcome another colleague's business. I do not mind paying higher prices with better customer service. I can not comment on the clinic or Acupuncturist service, only the merchandise /herb store.
