Wore the hat twice and the hat-band fell apart. Contacted customer support, they told me to cut off a portion of the strip and super gule it to hold the strips together. That was after they told me to just tie them together. Sure others have a great experience, however, I didn't.

First let me say, I have a small head. It has been quite a challenge finding a hat that isn't a kid style/size. OMG!! I LOVE these hats!!! I ordered 2 to begin with high hopes...I am sure glad that I did!! I just ordered my 3rd and my Husband bought 3. He loves his too!! So fast on shipping and hats arrived in perfect shape. Don't think about it any further order it!!!

This is my 3rd hat! Bought 2 in 2020 one for the wife and I each! Mine got lost so I bought the “8 seconds” this time! Awesome quality! Awesome service and their shipping box is first rate! Last time I had Judy deal with a return and she was as friendly, courteous and professional as she could be. Love their products and I won’t even ding them for not being from Texas! Good folks for sure!

I just received my Backroads hat today, and I'll tell you what, the quality is amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything better for my first palm leaf hat. The hat was a little loose when I first put it on, but I just used the sizing tape and followed the instructions provided, and it fit like a glove right after. I'll be going off to college in Texas in about a month, and I'm glad I'll have this hat to handle the Texas summer! Thank you to the team at Gone Country Hats and God Bless!
