I agree with Allison. Rddinger is part of Halifax Humane Society and at times even have specials on spay and neuter so give them a call. But please rethink having your kitty declawed. I know people don't really think about it and I used to be one those people but it is actually a form of abuse to do that to a cat. There's always a way to show your cat where he's allowed to scratch. Good luck.
I think you can find low cost nuetering by calling Reddinger Clinic-Halifax partner. But I highly recommend you look into not declawing your feline 🐈 as it is removing literally their knuckles and nail. Leaving many crippled for life and God forbid they ever need to defend themselves. Either way Halifax would not be a place who would help with declawing.
