How can two cats end back at a trailer park where they were caught and braught to the humane saciaty

They have groops all over the place called T.N.R ( trap nuter release) groop they are letting the cats live there life without the risk of over population of wild cats

It's a contradictory thing. If you have a house cat and it gets caught outside you're going to get in trouble. Feral cats spraying your house making a yard stink is okay. When you want to adopt a dog they want $400. I guess the funds this bs. The cats that are part of this program have a slice in the tips of their ears. That's how they mark them. So if you want to get rid of it don't bring it there if it has these slices in the tops of their ears.
