They do not sell knock offs. My husbamd is in construction, lays asfault, concrete, pipe, and these boot hold up. He wares rocky work boots. We got 2 pairs rockies $180 each and 2 kids ariats $80 each and only paid $250. They give you a % off the 4th pair on top of the buy 1 get 2 free deal. The staff is very friendly amd helpful too. Easy to find, just off hwy.
It is a store with almost out of stock, when you leave the store you have no deadline to exchange, because there will not be another product to replace.
Not sure about repair but there is a little warranty you have a certain amount of time to return them but it was a good deal buy one pair get two free just can't beat it I've had no problems with my boots
