I bought 3 tickets to see You Story for Tuesday July 9th, 11:15 showing. Found out right after paying for them that I needed to select the 1:15 showing. I used guest checkout. How do I get a refund?

U can call the ticket office at lakeside Cobb there's a number to call wait for assistance and ask to speak to manager and he should be able to assist you

Poo not sure go to the kiosk just inside the theater front doors I am sure they will take care of you

I would call the theater and ask if upon arrival if not used if you could push to the later time
