The Korean lady who works at the front Desk in the immunizations Department is very rude, she has an attitude problem and that’s not the way to be when this is the only place to get shot records

Their lack of professionalism and decent customer service is ridiculous. I’ve never heard of a place so unwilling to help pregnant women receive prenatal care. Do not even bother with this place. Their receptionists are rude, they talk over you and will just put you on hold with no intentions of actually answering your calls or helping you. All I wanted was a first appointment and they literally refused. Even after offering to pay out of pocket (obviously offered out of desperation). I told them I would even take a loan out just to be seen to make sure my baby was okay. When I went into the office they said they would call me back the next day with an appointment, that never ended up being scheduled- and when I called 2 weeks later the receptionist refused to transfer me to prenatal care. Rude. Incompetent. I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I’m pretty sure I’ve logged in at least 7 hours total trying to get ahold of these people with zero solutions. AND this was after informing them that I had fainted and ended up in the hospital a few weeks prior (at my 6 week mark) and was worried about my babies progress. Still didn’t care. Not sure how these people have jobs but I will be reporting this to anyone and everyone I can.

Awesome dentist. Was scared my whole life about dentists. If I only knew it didn’t have to be a bad experience long ago. They are so kind and really care about you or any fear you may have. All around a fantastic place with great ppl working there.

As someone without insurance, this is the health department of my choice. With an appointment I never wait longer then 15 minutes to be seen. The nurses have recently become more up to date on what they can and cannot offer.

Can I get dentures threw them
Its 60 an extraction unless the teeth are right next to each other
Go to the admin office in Bartow. They charge $15 for a certified copy.
Yes but it is a long wait
Yes there is a childs dentist. You don't need insurance either. They have programs that can cover cost as well. Just a case to case situation honestly.
Both. Depending on the need for care. Unless it's an emergency I would schedule an appointment and bring your ID with you and if the visit involves children bring their insurance cards if they have any and birth certificates and or another form of identification for them such as mail with their name and address on the envelope.
They have a sliding scale
I actually don't know but I will be going there a little bit later today I got appointment at 8:30 I can probably find out then . So text me a little bit after 8:30 and I'll probably tell you text numbers 863-738-2587
I am signed up doe Polk County how can I find out how far down the list I am
No get as many as u pay for.
Yes, you can call the main number
It is based on a sliding scale. You must present proof of income for the whole family and then they determine how much you pay
They use a sliding scale to determine eligibility and pricing
Yes but usually they will put you on antibiotics first before they extract it.
Yes and not. About safety..
No
Yes. I was born in Palm Beach and was told to bring my State Issued Picture ID & $15 for the first copy, $5 for each additional. A laminate sleave can be purchased for an additional $3 apiece.
I believe so
No
They do Immunizations for free. I’m not sure about paperwork for a guardian.
Call animal control or get decent humans to take them in.
Yes. They don't ask questions and give them to you in a brown paper bag!
