I haven't seen any in fall but they are making improvements.
Miss vickeys is next door with a walk through fence, great service and food

No refreshments at the beach itself, but, things close by.

You have bring your own stuff, but it is a good park where you can go fishing, swimming or just walk around.
Its a public park and beach. Sometimes there is a private stand selling snacks.

There is now a hot dog stand as of April with a lot of drinks and kid friendly snacks (goldfish, chex mix, etc)
