Website is horrible designed. When you call to get information for Film developing you get rude technicians. Not sure Id trust this place to develop film here. Shipping is $12 starting. Good luck calling and getting information. I will pass on this

It’s a website. Not all small business have the $$ or the time to fix little things like that. The store however is really nice.

The staff working there is older and not all are understanding in photography but are just workers. The place itself isn't bad and in person they will find someone to answer your questions. Sorry to hear you had a bad online experience.
