Lee Vista Club Apartments has probably one of the most friendliest and welcoming leasing agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Gil Rodriguez & Heilee Sanchez had such amazing customer service, provided me with all the information I needed, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. I am a new resident that moved in last week, and if it wasn’t for the two of them, I wouldn’t have been so eager to write the type of review I’m writing right now. The community is so pretty and so conveniently placed right in front of one of my favorite plazas in Orlando, and it would be an understatement to say that I am excited and relieved to have found a place like Lee vista, because I promise places like this do not come often.

If I could give lee vista a million NEGATIVE stars I would! This place is a joke, the office staff are all illiterate and manipulative. They tell callers there are units for rent just to get money from people, but if you reach out to their management team (corporate) who are another bunch of tools, they’ll tell you there’s a waiting list a mile long. APPLICANTS BEWARE you’ll pay application fees and holding fees for an apartment that ISNT available. THEN heaven forbid you question why they told you to apply or that you want your money back. I know people that lived in this place and they broke their leases because they couldn’t deal with the non sense. Things break, they don’t get fixed. Oh and let’s not forget they raise the rent every month or so for NO REASON. The rent might be cheap, but remember you get what you pay for!
