I wish if I could give a negative star. Terrible terrible terrible service. I almost head a heat stroke in this apartment. Just moved in and paid the rent from 22nd of July 2022. Till 26th the AC is not working at all along with so many other issues. and raised concerns since the 1st day. Still the service team did not even have a look at it. Whenever u call them they simply don't answer . If someone loose their life in that place for their lack of interest on service they simply wouldn't care. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Editing this review. I noticed there was a reply on the review as it has all negative reviews. Simply saying WE ARE SORRY AND WILL LOOK IN TO IT. Yet till now I am l8ving in this apartment for over two weeks and the management team have not even look into the issue at all. I called like more than 500 times to the office and I have a. Email chain with more than 30 emails sent to them. This people are simply careless.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. First, we applied back in March and could barely get ahold of someone but when we FINALLY got someone to answer after the 29th call, they told us the apartments were being renovated and would call back to let us know when one is available. Fast forward to June, nothing would be available until 3-4 months from now. But wait, there’s more…. Jennyferr emailed asking me for my previous address so she could mail our admin fee since we opped out and I proceeded to tell her TWICE that we do not have an address for the admin fee to be mailed since we moved from one state, to another. Not only did I email her with that information TWICE but I finally went up there in hopes of solving the issue and to see if something else could be done. June 7 is when I finally visited the property (since again, I made 10 calls and no one answered) and spoke to Jennyferr when I arrived. I thought it was odd that nobody could not answer the phone but when I got there there were 3 people there in office. Anyway, she was extremely rude and had a pen and paper to write my info down since she ASKED if it would be okay to get our check sent to the office and we can pick it up. Two-three weeks later we still hadn’t heard from her why? Because she no longer works there!!! She never left the note she wrote for the new employee about our mailing situation so they mailed the check to our previous address. This place is far from organized and we are STILL waiting for our admin fee!!!!

This place is terrible they don’t answer the phone at all . I put in an application haven’t heard from in a month what so ever it’s feels like they just took my money and that’s it . Do not I repeat do not even bother with this apartment complex

I’ve seen a lot of positive momentum at Kara West within the last several months, the office and maintenance crew are constantly working hard to improve the complex and I’ve seen them come in on their own time and stay late everyday to try and serve the residents the best they can. New dog park going in, great lighting and security officers on site to make sure we sleep better at night. I’ve really come to enjoy this community and I’m glad to be apart of it! The hidden gem of Rio Grande, you’re close to everything the city beautiful has to offer!

That’s a great question! Yes, you can pay rent and submit maintenance requests using AppRent. (www.apprent.com) As long as you pay by ACH there are no fees whatsoever! Stop by the office if you need help getting setup
"Our rental requirements are: 1. Combined gross income that is three times your monthly rent (before taxes). 2. You must be in good standing with your current/previous landlords. 3. We accept a range of credit scores; a lower score may lead to a higher security deposit."
"Security Deposits range from $300 to one and a half times the monthly rent. The security deposit amount is based on an algorithm from the screening results. Once you apply we will let you know how much the deposit is. Regardless of the amount, security deposits are refundable after you move out."
