I moved to Rustic Ridge in1978, lived in a beautiful townhouse for a couple years. In 2020 I moved back into a one bedroom apartment. My view as I sat on my balcony was so gorgeous, so peaceful. My neighbors were all so friendly. I enjoyed my time at Rustic Ridge. The staff, the maintenance men & woman are so quick to lend a hand. The grounds are immaculate, during the Winter months the parking lot was done so well, & very quick. As you come into Rustic Ridge the entrance is stunning. Always beautiful flowers for each season. If you want to live in. Tranquil atmosphere Rustic Ridge is the perfect place to live.

Really good place for a family

I lived at rustic Rustic Ridge for 1.5 years. The grounds, landscaping, and cleanliness of the complex is very well maintained and a very aesthically pleasing place to live. Me and my girlfriend loved the area and proximity to pretty much all the necessities (shoprite, cvs, etc..). We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious with ALOT of closet storage. However we felt the rent was a little high for what you get, and we had one of the older units. The appliances were dated and the dishwasher was a big pain, it just didn't clean the dishes. No central air or washer/dryer. I think if we had a newer apartment, we more than likely would of stayed. They are pretty on top of any maintenance requests you make. Overall it's a really nice place to live. I would just recommend getting a newer unit, because the older units aren't worth the cost in my opinion, when you can find apartments for similar cost and have a washer/dryer, central air and updated appliances. When we left we also cleaned the apartment wall to wall and were given our full security deposit back in a timely manner.

I was not impressed with the "townhouse" we were shown. It looked nothing like the photos online or what was described to us on the phone. The kitchen was tiny and smaller than our current apartment kitchen. There appeared to be another unit above the townhouse. We specifically told them we did not want anyone over us. The part of the complex we were shown doesn't have a good set up. If you have water delivery or another monthly service it's not going to be easy to get to you. It's hard to tell where each unit actually is. Daily paper delivery and package delivery must be a nightmare. Parking is unassigned. We were told they only allow 2 cars in the entire complex. We told them before we made the appointment that we were 3 adults with 3 cars. What we are looking for is something more user friendly. This isn't it. I left work early for this tour and felt it a total waste of my time.
