I believe most of it is pay to park there is a lot right there at the train station with a machine by the train tracks

Njtransit.com and click on plan a trip, put the time and day and it going to give you the schedule for the trains
It looks like there's a partial installation of concrete crossties. The other tracks @Dover have creosote. Is that correct?

It only serves N.J. the farthest west the train lines goes is Hackettstown.
