I have an excellent concept of doctors and nurses. Administrative staff is another matter. Not everyone understands that the mere fact of being patient places us in a situation of vulnerability and defenselessness. I respectfully ask you to consider this detail. The last visit I made to the center was a success. I arrived without a shift and the young woman who greeted me at the entrance worked, worked until I got medical attention. I hope everyone gets infected with this wonderful person.

Greetings and we return again, I gave my opinion years ago (which was unfavourable) in a respectful way and I thought that out of respect for the Dover public that expresses itself here they had taken action on the matter and sadly it is not. Now it concerns me that the male gender does not have urology services, which is part of their annual medical routine. Any administrative professional who can talk about it directly and without embellishments? I ask for the Social Work Department of the Center which is located in Dover to make an appointment and therefore apply for "Charity care" and it tells me that it already has full vacancies, so we return to the same thing. How many professionals do you have working in that area? ? Perhaps they do not carry out population censuses to know for sure how much personnel they need to be able to provide a good service, I say if excellence is their goal apart from generating profits. The issue of COVID 19 can no longer be used as excuses for not improving the services they already offer, minimizing others for cost-effectiveness or simply not adding, as is the case with Urology services. The scaffolding they have at the expense of the health of a people is disastrous and it would be urgent for the decision-maker to take action on the matter because I am not only one, there are many more dissatisfied that it would be a matter of uniting them all and going as a first step to give knowledge to the Federal Department of Health until finishing with the District Representatives because this matter needs to be resolved once and for all, in their hands and I mean ZUFALL, I leave this matter to be resolved. Remember the people of Dover will be watching...

The worst thing that exists in health, is the attention to the denigrate of the world.

Terrible attention, I have been sitting for two hours waiting for them to give me a planning injection and the answer is that the nurse who gives them is at lunch…. Is this fair with a patient? They only think about your time, not the user's time. Every three months the same thing happens to me. This situation is humiliating.

Our Dover site does not offer prenatal services. You can call the St. Clare Women's Center at 973-989-3114. They offer prenatal services for people without insurance.
Sundays hours (10 am - 2 pm) at Zufall Health - Dover Medical are for pediatric patients only. You can find the hours of operation for all Zufall Health locations here: https://www.zufallhealth.org/for-patients/locations/
There is a set number of walk ins allowed by the clinic a day. If they fill, which can happen in the morning, then patients must wait for a cancellation or return the next day.
Ma'am God bless you. I'm sorry you felt treated unfairly. Zufall Health is a great organization that serves all it's patients with care and respect. If you have an issue with an incident that happened I believe there is a way for you to voice your concern and or complaint with the center.
