I highly recommend this hospital. Every single person I have spoke with or seen in person have been friendly professional and helps to ease your concerns. This past visit 10/25/22 from Carol and AJ in preoperative department to my anesthesiologist and when admitted Christine Kevin and Mohammed were so delightful while caring for me. Very attentive and knowledgeable and just down right nice people. Thank you all. Give them a bonus or raise. They went above and beyond for me. Lynn Smalley

On 10/16/22 I arrived at the emergency room with covid symptoms; i informed registration of all my symptoms not once I was asked if I had tested myself at home until I was brought inside. When I get inside the nurse proceeded to ask if I was vaccinated and if I tested myself at home; i then said I did a home test but the test kit was expired but the result came back positive so I was not sure if it was accurate. The nurse then stormed out of the room to the nurses station and she was telling the other nurses that I did not tell anyone I had Covid and another nurse says that’s because she don’t care about anyone. I felt shamed and just wanted to walk out of the emergency room. I’m sitting in the room not feeling well and the nurses are having conversations about me and how I don’t care about others. Then I get moved to another room and as I walk pass nurses station, they are all staring at me. It was a very uncomfortable even being there. Then a Physician assistant comes in to talk to me and says; well you have all the Covid symptoms and there’s really nothing I can do for you; then proceeds to ask me if I am there to get tested after I informed them of all my systems including an ear ache. After I said well are you going to check my ears since they are hurting me she says oh yes I will. She then comes back with a disposable stethoscope to listen to my lungs and otoscope to check my ears. I really did not feel cared for at all. This is the closest hospital to me, now I have to second guess going there. I contacted patient relations; left a detailed message while I was there and to this day no one has returned my phone call.

I just want to say that Dr.Liegner is awesome! I came in to the ER this morning because I have a bad ear infection that spread to my jaw. He was thorough and extremely helpful, got me the right medication and it’s been an hour since and my face swelling has got down a lot! I am so thankful for him! All of the staff from today was very helpful even the person who checked me in and the nurses! Keep up the great work ☺️
