My issue is not with the staff, but the fact that you cannot get a copy of your PAID bill from this office and when you call a Mission Business office they either say they will mail the receipt, and don't or they say they have never heard of Mauzy Phillips. Also, why have a patient portal if you cannot do things like print a statement receipt that you need to be reimbursed. I went here for a CDL exam and I won't make that mistake again.

Great staff, excellent pharmacy, but most of all how lucky we are to have a specialist geriatrician practicing here, Dr. Jennifer Larson. I only hope that she stays in consideration of how poorly HCA tends to treat their professionals.

my mom was in pretty good health for the most part alrhough she had a cough the drs she had jennifer larson and michelle long well she went to those 2 women complaining of cough they always said it was a cold or broncioutus or strep if the cared any bit whatsoever about there pacients they would have said we will do a exray but they did not they didnt care so my moms cough was none of the above thanks to you my mom has stage 4 lung cancer and her dr said she would only live about 4 to 6 months if they cared enough she could have lived another 5 to 10 yrs my mom is a wonderful woman and did not deserve this if you dont care about your patients anymore than that quit being a dr and go somewhere else
