I have been going to Joann Fabrics several times throughout the years. Sadly the customer service is awful. If you know what you want and don't need assistance it's a great little craft store, but don't expect customer service.

Love that this store is close to me but staff is sometimes rude to other staff which is disconcerting as a customer. Store hardly ever has stock of main items so I have to drive to concord or Dublin!!

The discount prices didn't all show up quite correctly on my receipt. Too much of a hassle to go beck. Remember to verify your fabric cuts, I believe that's where I got charged incorrectly.

This place is overpriced, sparsely filled shelves, and just not worth it. My husband's spent a bunch of money purchasing their ribbon & fringe for our clothing, & I've shown him "the light", other places over better quality, more options & more for one money. My husband & I are done with them.

Yes with a mask
Yes. During busy times there may be a outdoor socially distanced line to get in. Also, call and verify their current business hours
Best thing to do is give the store a call there is normally someones there we are open everyday. And we open at 11. & Depending on if there is anyone there you might be able to be helped but there is a waiting line and you would have to pick it up at the door or they can bring it out to you.
