Brought the dog to the dog park area, big open area, great for the dogs. Water isn't running so bring some!! (Maybe even your own bowl but expect other dogs to partake in it)

Yes, you have to reserve the Gazebo through the City of Pittsburg and obtain a permit.
Yes their is....... W/ 3 to 4 possibly 5 tables and benches on both ends. And 2 BBQ grills..(:
My understanding is that it is first come, first served. I've seen people stake out the picnic grounds very early in the morning and occupy them with their party stuffs to ensure their claim.
