Did you know that a package being delivered can not go to pobox? But if you use the address and unit box no. It will go there. I did not know that?

I'm only giving one star because it won't let me give zero stars. Employees here have no customer service skills and don't know how to treat customers. They made us wait in line for a passport about 20-25 minutes and by the time we got to the front they said we were too late didn't help us didn't give us any resolution just said we could wait if we wanted to but they didn't know how long it was going to be.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. I strongly encourage everyone to use a different location but sadly, I feel that this behavior will continue because there is no streamlined effective way to report it. The employee I dealt with for my passport was extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending, and patronizing. She was not wearing a name badge but as a whole, this location needs to be reevaluated based off of that experience and the fact that the location is run down and filthy. Misrepresentation of a federal facility, for sure.

It’s easy to say something negative. I’m just going to say new management/Superviser/ building director /CEO . What can the community do to help keep our mail safely be put in our box’s & address change executed properly. We appreciate your hard work but the community is very concerned and don’t feel their mail is protected.

$110 do it online, mail it in with check. Add $35 post office service fee if you have trouble doing it online.

We are open on Saturdays. Arrive early at 9am. the line is long and we will cut it early if too many enter.
Is someone else gonna live there eventually? If you're moving put in a forward and let the post office know that home is now vacant. If someone is going to move in after you, just put in a forward...third class mail may be delivered but no first class will

Not in the USA. You do need a valid, government issued ID. After October 2020 you DO need either a passport or a Department of Motor Vehicles issued REALID, or you will not be permitted through security.
of course u can, just tape up the box real good, make sure the ice rubs up all on the links.
