Absolutely great service! I feel bad I don’t quite remember the mans name that helped me, reading other reviews though I do believe his name was Brady, but he was very kind and helpful throughout the whole buying process! I even received a thank you letter in the mail along with a small check, it was very thoughtful. Between my parents and I, we visited two separate times to test drive various vehicles and all the workers helping were so nice! I was very sad to trade in my first ever car but I’ve been driving my new car for about a week now and I love it so much! Would definitely recommend and refer them to anyone I know!

Cars are sanitized through after each test drive and must wear a mask
They sell cars there look at 10% increase of their purchase price they say but as they work on cars there I'm sure they inflate the price that they paid for them
Check the website to see whats in thier inventory. It can change daily. They're not doing auctions currently due to covid-19 but you could possibly find what your looking for at a good price, they will even let you get the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic before finalizing purchase.
The Contra Costa Public Auction Will Appraise the value of your car and upon the agreed price, they will sell it for you.
Yes, if the car is in your name. They won't even let you test drive without one.
