It depends on how popular it is and several other variables there's no set time or day on how movies stay in theaters.
I don't think there is a set day, I think thats all contingent on ticket sales.
New movies are released on Fridays, but it's always difficult to know when they choose to pull a movie. Much depends on traffic.
