Both my wife and I have used Johnson Jewelers extensively both to purchase items and we have actually sold some items. We find them to be extremely trustworthy and sincere about what they do. I would recommend them highly to anybody who would ask.
I have used Johnston Jewelers for cleaning my jewelry, replacing watch batteries & changing some post-earrings into dangling earrings. I haven't had experience in selling jewelry with Johnston. They are always very courteous & helpful. No complaints with services rendered for me.
I would not do business with them. I found them to be unreliable and unavailable with follow up.
I have only had one experience with Johnston's. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the item they fixed for me was done beautifully. While I was there, a woman brought in some pearls that she wanted to have them buy. They weren't able to help her with the pearls but they did suggest Silver Queens on West Bay Dr in Largo near Largo Med. Very nice people and I would go back again.
