Before covid, the place was really good. Nowadays it's not as good but it's still a comfortable place to live. At least, from the position of someone who works there it looks comfortable

My aunt was a resident at Cypress Palms for 7 years until her passing in January at the age of 96. I can't say enough good things about the facility. She was always treated with respect and her every need was taken care of. Great communication between staff and family. Highly recommended.
