The people here are very disrespectful 2 years maybe at three administrators in the last 6 months they need another new one the food is absolutely horrible and the portions are enough for a child 5 years old the selections are poor they need a new dietitianHere's what they have Thursday or Wednesday night dinner

I would give them no stars if I could!!! I went for the first time today because my other sisters and brothers have helped her and cleaned her room. My sisters garbage from yesterday was on the floor. Her meals from yesterday were on the counter and the entire room was dirty!, I asked for a garbage bag and the two helpers told me where to find the dumpster! Unacceptable!

I've been living at the Heron House almost a year. Even though I moved in during Covid its been a good experience. The Staff are all good people. The building is beautiful. A lot of Improvements have started and I cant wait to see the finishing touches. I enjoy my freedom, I can come and go as I please. The Activities are great and improving daily. The driver dash is awesome. The shopping center near by is perfect. The people who live here are nice neighbors. Our Laundry lady does a wonderful job with our clothes. You will enjoy living here just like I do. Jane

I lived Independently from 1982-2017. In June 2017 I became Ill with Kidney Failure. I had to leave my apartment. My Sister looked for an ALF for me to live. They found Heron House and I was approved to Move In. It is in walking distance to where I use to live and many stores and Restaurants that I am use to. My sister is close in case of an emergency. We have a full activities calendar to keep us busy. My health has improved 100 % since I moved here. I am very happy living here with everyone.
