Can someome please answer this "if I got 2 proof of residency but no birth certificate or social security card would i be able to still get a id???

If you are not real ID compliant, you are required to bring in your original or a certified copy of your birth certificate. If you haven't had one before with the gold star, then no. A birth certificate and proof of social are required as well as the 2 proofs of address.
