Delivery made to postal box yesterday but key was left in it instead of in my own mailbox. My delivery was accessible to anyone! Thankfully I know how incompetent many of the employees are so as soon as I was notified by the supplier that delivery had been made, I immediately went to the common area where all the mailboxes are to retrieve it. Otherwise, I'm not sure if it would still have been there for me.

Horrible service , the place is only open for four hours a day ! Unbelievable , so if you have a job this post office is unneeded and should close the doors for good . Unbelievable from a US post office.

The postal worker in the postal part of the building, on the Southside of the building, have always been great. The office staff in the u store office on the Northside of the building are not that great. One time asking me. "What do want?" The minute I walked in the door.

Went there today to mail a package. A brown box 25x17x6 weighing 3 lbs. 11 oz. and they wanted to charge me priority mail $43, Standard mail $37. I was totally shocked! The woman assisting me claim they have the best pricing... well guess what- UPS ground residential can get my delivery to Ohio for half the time & half the money!!!!! Plus $100 insurance for FREE. $24.00! A government agency on the lower tier of the pyramid scheme can’t even be trusted. I also witnessed movement of packages from behind the counter to a mail truck that looked nothing short of an episode of the Three Stooges trying to get a trolley stacked too high and wide to fit through the doors and tossing and dropping boxes all the way out. I won’t even rant about the miss direction of our mail on a weekly basis by your sorters & carriers. I have read horror stories on various social media platforms stating as such ...So please question every time you put a stamp on an envelope and stick it in your mailbox for pick up or drop off in the blue monsters.
