What do I need to do to get my id do they accept social security copy

The cost of a Florida identification card is $31.25 If you are not REAL ID compliant (little gold star next to your Florida id or Florida driver license number) you will need to provide us with a certified birth certificate or a valid passport, your social security card and two proofs of your current Florida address. If you have had a name change, we will be required to see proof of that, the documents you provide must be the original copy. I don't have a birth certificate like a copy or a real birth certificate and I don't have my social security like the actual social security card or copy how would that work? I do have proof of residency just no birth certificate or social security card would i be able to come in and still pay for my id by providing my social security number to you guys?
