It can range from 10 to 30 mg starting. As stated in other answers you can "sometimes" come back and dose later or a in between dose. But it really varys if doctar would put that in the notes upon your intake. Id make sure you mention 30mgs may not he effective enough for treating the severe withdrawal symptoms you have experienced. They do have am hours and now pm hours from like 4 to 6 I believe.
30mgs unless you tell them thr doctor you arr taking methadone on the street then u csn come back in s hts amd get 10 mgs more and that is Gospel
30 mg. And if you still feel bad after 3hrs they'll dose a lil more.
