Literally showed her what I wanted, and explained it. Had to say things over and over and she still couldn't understand me. Left with several crooked white lines on the tips. I wouldn't even let her do the top coat. I'll finish better myself at home. Still was charged 17$ for nothing but a bad experience and toe polish! Smh will never again.

I got my nails done there yesterday and I asked for dip. They didn't have any colors they had advertised. I didn't ask for glow in the dark nails and thats what I got. I wanted a natural look and did not get that. She dipped glitter on top to try to cover the mistakes. I did not want glitter on all my nails and she started dipping before i could stop her. Some nails are not even. They chipped when my lady had me wash my hands and when she tried to fit it they got bubbly. She argued that they looked so good and perfect. I will never go back to them again. My nails look HORRIBLE. The equipment they use is not cleaned either. 10000000000000% unsatisfied.
