This place really did save my life when I had been trying to figure out how to get clean for years.I found this program & actually worked it the right way & I've been clean for over 2yra now.I finally got myself back to my normal self & couldn't be happier or more proud.I will say they do need to hire more nurses, they are very compassionate & caring but just like any other drug treatment place they have a few things they need to work on.

Great place and wonderful caring staff. I was a patient there last year and cant say enough on how this place saved my life and helped me stay sober and get control of my life. My amazing handsome counselor Louis was terrific.

The staff of the facility are very nice, but they are extremely disorganized. I had a 6am appt the other dayand I didnt get out of there until 10am. The nure or the doctor were not there yet so why on Gods Earth would you tell a patient who is coming in with withdrawal symptoms to come in at 6am and have to wait forever. Had to do intake again then the nurse sent me to the soctor then the doctor sent me back to the nurse then back to the doctor then go do a urine test then see the counselor then go dose but go dose first I was then told because my counselor wasnt available. Its very disorganized but once you get through the hours of waiting and they back and corthand you get you firat couple of doses everyday you'll be golden and get in and out if you get there before 8am.

AJ - Thank you for your kind statement regarding the counselors. If you should have concerns about the doctor or an employee you can always go to the Program Director and he/she will help you. You can also make your concern known to Ethicspoint at 1-800-662-4357.
I know they take certain, select insurances, I would contact them to find out exactly which ones that they accept.
EDITED AUGUST 12, 2018 $16 methadone, liquid or tablets and $20-$26 for bupe or subs.....some PRIVATE insurances are now being taken but IT IS ALL OUT OF POCKET. Start the first day, intake takes anywhere from 1-5 hours depending on how many people are there and whats happening that day. You will see a nurse, a doctor, and talk to them about your history, they will evaluate you and assign you a counselor and then you meet your counselor and you go from there. Every single day dosing or having takehomes are depending on your own treatment plan. This is all 100% correct. I am a 4-year patient although I have started coming off of methadone and I am in school to become a substance abuse counselor myself at this time. The insurance changes have influenced many new policies and procedures as well regarding counselors and the required levels of certification required to remain or become a counseling employee. They are trying to up their standards to become government funded eventually.
U can start every business day! Doctor is there M-F...Best to get there EARLY@7AM. IS BEST! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
Listen, for the past three weeks there has been an hour wait if not more...they are bringing ever junkie they can in here and trying to get them hooked on methadone for the rest of there lives! They push up up and it's been war getting them to "Let Me down" DO NOT START METHADONE TILL YOU GIVE UP ON LIFE, THE. DONT GO OVER 100 AND DONT STAY on it over or year or you will be HOOKED FOR LIFE
They will do an intake-seeing the doctor, then going for blood/UA screen(no additional chg). All took about 3 hrs. It is worth it to stop the insanity
Intake is when you go and get started, go around 6 am the earlier the better. you see a nurse, a doctor, get assigned a counselor, and get your first dose that day. Takes anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on other intakes, nurses, etc. The earlier the better, can't say that enough. Its $16/day for liquid methadone and that does not change depending on your dose, could be on 30 or 300 mg, same price.... higher prices for tablet methadone i believe and definitely like $26/day for suboxone. No intakes on the weekend and then once you start, you go until you don't go anymore. $16 first day and every day after.

Don't know just took a friend there sorry
Honestly, about an hour or two. But once your are in , this clinic takes good care of their clients. I've been to PAR. So compared to them, they are a breath of fresh air. I love it.
It honestly seems to change semi regularly. Lately my understanding is Mon thru Fri during open hours. Mon thru. Fri hours are 5am-1 or 2pm, then 3pm to 6pm..They've just recently started the late afternoon hours, but they are there if you need them. Keep in mind you'll have to go get labwork done after you intake, then either go back, or bring back the results and dose. If I've misspoke about ANY questions I may have answered, I apologise. I will edit any mistakes.
What is a guest doser?
Cassandra is correct. The doctor is supposed to be in Mon - Fri. I can't remember exact days but he comes at 530 twice a week, the other 3 days he/she doesn't get there till 7. Also, once in awhile he doesn't show up at all, which can really piss u off if ur really ready!! I strongly suggest u CALL FIRST!!
You will see the doctor who can educate you on methadone, buph, and (obviously not both at the same time. They offer methadone, buph, and saboxone.
So the blood work don't cost extra? Just wandering so I have the right amount when I come in in the am. It will be my first time
No not on weekends. And not this Monday either since it is Memorial Day....
They will let you charge one day if you have clean drug tests and are an established customer they know.....usually.
What is the question? The success rate of this clinic? The success rate of methadone in general? Your question doesn't say...and what kind of problems? Every place has problems...what kind of problems are you talking about?
Good area, good employees , i think so. And its running very smooth since we got this last director. 3 rd and best director yet. Its all 👍
Yes any day of the week you can. From 5 am to 7 am for cutoff time on new intakes. Takes about 2 and half to 4 hours depending how many that day. Usually 2 hours.
Intake is at 5AM Mon-Fri and no sliding scale...everyone pays $16
Christopher Jacobs, methadone has helped millions of addicts live a normal functional life.I'm sorryit hasn't worked for you but had for many others. Maybe if you say your problem that you're having, we can help you.
